| 24/7 Dad Workshop |
| |
A workshop open to all fathers, focusing on the five concepts that cover the essential knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and practices that fathers need to be a great dad 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any man can attend these workshops including single fathers, grandfathers, dads who want to enhance their parenting skills or new or expectant dads. The workshop covers such topics as: |

| Keeping Families in Focus |
| |
This is an extension of the 24/7 Dads, their partners and their children. The groups provide for continuity amongst the dads, their partners and their children by following a curriculum that coincides with the 24/7 Dad Program. The sessions cover topics such as: |

| Long Distance Dads |
| |
This workshop is held in the Venango County Jail. The program assists fathers to rebuild and maintain family ties during incarceration, and prepares the father to reintegrate into their families upon release. Fathers learn how to communicate with their children while they are in jail, how to make improvements in their lives and how to plan for future release. |

| Smart Steps |
| |
This workshop is a research-based Family Life Education Program Curriculum for couples and children forming step-families. The twelve-hour program is designed to be offered in six two-hour sessions held once a week for parents and their children ages 6-14 living in step-families. Topics include: |

| Donuts with Dad |
| |
This program is held in Venango County Elementary Schools. The purpose of Donuts with Dad is two-fold: |
| |
- To encourage fathers to take an active role in their children's education. This also includes step-fathers, grandfathers, uncles and other father figures.
- To encourage schools to involve fathers in projects, activities and classroom activities.
